Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what data OurFlow processes when you use this website, run a business on OurFlow, or request an appointment as a customer of an OurFlow-powered business. It covers ourflow.ch and all subpages (including app.ourflow.ch and /b/{slug}).

Who's responsible

The operator of OurFlow is responsible for this processing — see the Imprint.

What we process

Website visitors: technical data (IP address, browser type) and, once you consent, analytics/marketing cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

Businesses (our customers): name, email, billing details, and the business data they enter (services, staff, appointments, leads).

End customers of an OurFlow-powered business: name, email, phone number, and appointment request details. These people are not OurFlow account holders — their data belongs to the business, which uses OurFlow as a processor.

Legal basis and purpose

We process bookings and lead inquiries to perform (or take steps to enter) a contract with the relevant business (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR / Art. 31 revFADP). Analytics and marketing cookies are processed only with your consent.

Retention

Each business sets a retention period for its customer and appointment data; after that, data is deleted or anonymized. We retain account and billing data as required by law.

Data location

Appointment, customer, and account data is stored and processed in an EU region (Zurich/EU). For the AI email feature, the content of each email is transferred to our AI provider in the USA for analysis — see the next section for details.

Subprocessors

See the living list at Subprocessors. For the AI email feature, we transfer the content of each email to our AI provider, Anthropic (USA), for analysis. This transfer is based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), including the Swiss Addendum.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of your data (portability). Contact the business you requested an appointment from, or — if you hold an OurFlow account — reach us directly at hello@ourflow.ch.
